Last updated: 2026-07-03

§1. General provisions

1. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the electronic services provided through the website at letarrange.it (the “Service”).

2. The Service is owned and operated by:

Effectivity Sp. z o.o.
ul. Esperantystów 17
58-100 Świdnica

NIP: 8842750852
REGON: 022420630

hereinafter the "Provider". Orders and payments for the Service are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the reseller of the Service. Paddle appears on the buyer's card statement and is responsible for invoicing, tax collection and remittance, and refunds. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to the payment transaction: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

3. Using the Service means accepting these Terms.

§2. Definitions

  • Service — a SaaS tool for AI-powered virtual room visualization, including the option to embed the widget in the Client's online store.
  • Client — a business using the Service through an account registered on the Service.
  • Shopper — an individual using the widget embedded in the Client's store.
  • Token — a billing unit entitling one AI visualization to be generated.
  • Visualization — an image generated by the AI model from the room photo provided by the Shopper and the product photo provided by the Client.

§3. Technical requirements

1. A device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled is required.

2. To upload a room photo, the Shopper must have a camera or an image file in JPG, PNG or WEBP up to 10 MB.

§4. Registration and Client account

1. Creating an account requires an email address, a password and acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. The Client must provide accurate data and keep it up to date.

3. The Client is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential.

4. The Provider may suspend the Client's account for breach of these Terms, in particular actions that impair the Service.

§5. Scope and delivery of the Service

1. The Client is granted access to an admin panel and to the widget script that can be embedded in their online store.

2. When the widget is triggered by a Shopper, the Service generates a visualization using the room photo uploaded by the Shopper and the product photo specified by the Client.

3. Generating one visualization consumes one Token from the Client's account. Widget impressions and clicks are not charged.

4. The Provider exercises due diligence for high-quality visualizations but does not guarantee a specific artistic result — outputs are generated by an AI model and are illustrative.

§6. Fees and token packs

1. The Service is used on a prepaid basis by purchasing Token packs. Current pricing is available at letarrange.it/pricing.

2. Prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

3. A VAT invoice is issued within 7 days of payment settlement and delivered in the Client's panel.

4. Unused Tokens do not expire unless explicitly stated in a promotion under which they were granted.

5. Refunds are handled by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Buyers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for unused Tokens by contacting paddle.net or writing to support@letarrange.it. See our Refund Policy for details and exceptions.

§7. Client obligations

1. The Client must use the Service in accordance with applicable law, good practice, and these Terms.

2. The Client declares they hold all rights to the product images and other materials uploaded to the Service to the extent needed for use within the Service.

3. Uploading unlawful content is prohibited, including material infringing third-party rights or that is pornographic, discriminatory or misleading.

§8. Personal data

1. The Provider is the data controller for the Client's personal data.

2. Details on processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

3. For room photos uploaded by Shoppers via the widget embedded in the Client's store, the Provider acts as processor on the Client's instructions within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR.

§9. Liability

1. The Provider aims for continuous availability but reserves the right to technical downtime for maintenance, updates or fixes.

2. The Provider is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the Service, including false data.

3. The Provider's liability to the Client for non-performance or improper performance of the Service is limited to the fees paid by the Client during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

§10. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the Service should be sent by email to: kontakt@letarrange.it.

2. A complaint should include Client identification and a description of the issue.

3. The Provider will address the complaint within 14 days of receipt.

§11. Changes to the Terms

1. The Provider reserves the right to change the Terms for good reasons, particularly changes in Service functionality, applicable law or billing.

2. Clients will be informed of changes at least 14 days in advance, by email or through a notice in the Client panel.

§12. Final provisions

1. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.

2. The court competent for the Provider's registered seat has jurisdiction over disputes arising from Client (business) use of the Service.

3. These Terms apply as of 2026-07-03.
