Refund Policy

1. Who handles refunds

Orders and payments for Token packs are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller shown on your card statement and formally processes refund requests.

In practice you can address refund requests to us β€” we'll forward them to Paddle and help you through the process.

2. Refund window

  • You can request a refund within 14 days of purchasing a Token pack.
  • Refunds cover unused Tokens β€” if part of a pack has already been used, we refund pro-rata for the remaining balance.
  • In exceptional cases (e.g. our technical error, duplicate charge) we consider refunds outside this window as well.

3. How to request a refund

  • Use Paddle's buyer portal: paddle.net. You'll find all your purchases there β€” just enter the email used at checkout.
  • You can also email us at support@letarrange.it with the transaction ID (from your Paddle confirmation email) and the reason for the refund.
  • We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, typically in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. When a refund may be declined

  • When all Tokens in the pack have already been used and more than 14 days have passed since purchase.
  • For violations of the Terms of Service (misuse, attempts to bypass limits, prohibited content).
  • Obvious abuse of the refund policy (serial purchases followed by immediate refund requests).

5. Consumer rights

This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights under EU and national law, in particular the right to withdraw from a distance contract. Whichever rule is more favourable to the consumer applies in case of conflict.
